About
Hello! I'm a Japanese-American cartoonist and illustrator based in northern New Jersey (just an hour away from New York City). After graduating from the School of Visual Arts with a bachelor's degree in Cartooning, I began creating and publishing comics for anthologies and platforms such as Level Ground Comics’ The Grea Hits: A Comic Mixtape, Chidrawgo’s I Like Robots, and The Nib’s Cities issue. I've also taken on a wide range of freelance projects as well, including inking an educational comic for Tufts University, illustrating portraits, creating character designs, and more.
I’m currently seeking representation for children’s book illustration. I love telling fantastical yet relatable stories for children and would love to connect with anyone looking for new talent.
I’m also currently looking for work in comics, including penciling, inking, and coloring. In addition, I’m working on two comics that will be available to view online in the near future: One-Inch Bozo and Camp Creechumran.
